29 CFR 1910.242(b):   Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.   Sweet Home Warehouse:  Compressed air nozzle was used that did not have correct safety tip installed.  This exposed employees to air embolism/laceration hazards if high pressure air came in contact with their skin.

29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replace:  Sweet Home warehouse:  The arc welding cable had a cut in the insulation approximately four feet from the electrode holder exposing the conductor wires.  This exposed employees to shock hazard from using the cable during welding operations.
