29 CFR 1910.242(a):   Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition:    (a) Storage room:  Porter-Cable belt sander had a damaged cord and was available for use.  This exposed employees to a potential shock hazard from using the damaged tool.  (b) Wood shop: Employees were potentially exposed to serious injuries such as cuts or amputations from the use of the Rockwell 10 inch unisaw without a hood guard.
