29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a) Unit/Building #140, Corn Hill Townhouses, employee observed working on a bumpout in a JLG Aerial Lift, Model 450-AJ, Series II without any fall protection being utilized by the employee to protect him from falls, employee was exposed to falls of approximately 12' 6" to the ground below.    b) Unit/Building #204, Corn Hill Townhouses, two (2) employees observed working in a Genie Z45/25J Aerial Lift, without any fall protection being utilized by either employee, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 20' to the ground below.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
