29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employees must be able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:         a) At the work site, warehouse Exit door on west side of building was locked with a slide       bolt lock and dead bolt preventing employees from free escape; On or about 4/2/13.    Note:     Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the casefile employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
