29 CFR 1910.107(g)(5): The cleaning solvents used to clean spray gun nozzles and auxiliary equipment did not have an equivalent or higher flash point then the solvents used in the normal spraying operation:   Paint Shop, Building 210: On April 1, 2013, and at times prior thereto, the acetone used to clean the spray equipment had a lower flash point then the solvent based paints that were normally sprayed for coating.

29 CFR 1910.178(a)(5): The powered industrial truck was equipped with front-end attachments other than factory installed attachments, however the employer did not request that the truck be marked to identify the attachments and show the approximate weight of the truck and attachment combination at maximum elevation with load laterally centered:  Throughout Facility: On April 1, 2013, and at times prior thereto, where booms, man baskets, and barrell attachments were used, the forklifts did not have a name plate to indicate the truck's lifting capacity.
