American Family Care was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316233899, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 16, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 2936 Marti Ln, Montgomery AL
