29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2): The following items were not be inspected for defects at intervals as defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii) of this section or as specifically indicated, including observation during operation for any defects which might appear between regular inspections:   a. On April 15, 2013, and at times prior thereto; employee's operating a P&H 50 ton crane, number 1, on the East side of the Mill, had multiple electrical outlets missing covers or not connected as designed, exposing employees to electrical shocks.   b. On April 15, 2013, and at times prior thereto; employees were operating a P&H 50 ton crane, number 1, on East side of Mill with an inoperative Anti-two block device, exposing employees to struck by hazards.    The JSW was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.179 (j)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 546919, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/24/12, with respect to a workplace located at 5200 East Mckinney road, Baytown, Texas 77520.
