29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.   a) Cashier's Office- The employer did not ensure the passageways were kept clean and orderly.  Employees were exposed to a tripping hazard from extension cords run across pathways, such as in front of the door way of the Cashier's Office, where they could be stepped on and damaged.  Extension cords and power strips were being run along the floor below areas where water leaks from the ceiling.
