29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  In the Production Room.  On or about April 17, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to eye injuries from the lack of an eyewash available in the workplace while using the product Fujifilm Digital RA Pro P1-RA Developer Replenisher, which contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, sodium hydroxide.

On or about April 17, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to tripping hazards, as the area directly around the circuit breaker panel boxes was blocked with debris.
