29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A) 2456 US Route 22, Union, NJ 07083: Employees were observed performing roofing operations on a roof of 6/12 pitch with an eave height of 9' and a peak/ridge height of 15' without approved fall protection devices. Condition observed on or about April 17, 2013.
