29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:  a)  Various machinery throughout the production floor;  On or about April 8, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to potential hazardous energies in that the employer failed to perform an annual periodic inspection of the energy control procedures with authorized employees that perform lock-out tag-out to ensure that the procedures are being followed.
