29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminants chemical state and physical form:   (a) Production Area:  The employer had not identified and evaluated potential employee exposure to respiratory hazards for the employees  that are were required to cut and work around employees who cut rubber hosing with a stainless steel mesh liner into specific lengths, as determined on April 29, 2013.
