Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a-197 Airmount Ave, Ramsey NJ: An employee engaged in sheathing work on a 10 on 12 pitched roof was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14ft to the ground below as the employee was not secured to the lanyard/lifeline. Condition noted on or about 04/26/2013
