29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.:       a) 150 Gold Mine Road, Flanders, NJ: shipping/receiving office     Shipping/receiving area was not kept clear and orderly containing material on the ground such as but not limited to packaging straps which can create a tripping hazard for employees working in that area.    Violation occurred on or about 04/24/2013    Tri-State Quikrete WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314399999, CITATION NUMBER 02 ITEM NUMBER 01, ISSUED ON 08/26/2010 AND BECAME A FINAL ORDER ON 09/14/2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 564 Green Hollow Road, Wauregan, CT 06387.
