Observed on/or about 5/3/2013     1/  Maintenance Storage Area: Electrical Panel Boxes were blocked by machinery, a chair, metal parts, a cardboard box with material, and plastic buckets.   2/ Main Electrical Panel Boxes and secondary box (same area) were blocked by miscellaneous storage material and a metal cabinet with storage on top of it.
