Observed on/or about 5/3/2013

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space provided about electrical equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less was used for storage:      a/ Betta A Way/South Plainfield NJ Site - Warehouse:  Electrical equipment rated 480 Volts/3 Phase      Electrical panel, breaker and junction boxes were not maintained free of storage material/equipment to allow for a minimum 30 inches of space in front of them.     Observed on/or about 5/3/2013     1/  Maintenance Storage Area: Electrical Panel Boxes were blocked by machinery, a chair, metal parts, a cardboard box with material, and plastic buckets.   2/ Main Electrical Panel Boxes and secondary box (same area) were blocked by miscellaneous storage material and a metal cabinet with storage on top of it.
