29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Portable hand-lamps supplied through flexible cords were not equipped with a handle of molded composition or other material approved for the purpose, and a substantial guard attached to the lamp-holder or the handle: a) Mark and Handy Line - On the printing press there was a portable hand lamp with a metal shell, non-insulated handle, and without a guard. The cord entry on the portable hand lamp had no bushing thereby possibly allowing cable abrasion to occur which would expose live conductors.
