29 CFR 1926.1425(c)(3): The materials were not rigged by a qualified rigger:  At the job site located at 15363 Lower Jethro Road, Ozark, Arkansas on or about 8 May 2013, the employer allowed the crane operator to lift loads that were not secured by a qualified rigger.  As a result, the employees working inside the new construction project walls were potentially exposed to struck-by hazards.
