29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s):  a) New Milford Creekside Apartments, New Milford, PA: The employer did not maintain in the workplace a copy of the material safety data sheet for diesel fuel that was kept at the site in a storage tank and used by employees to refuel equipment, on or about May 24, 2013.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
