29 CFR 1910.180(d)(3): Deficiencies, in frequent inspections, constituting a safety hazard were not repaired:   At this location, a Liebherr Crawler Crane model LR1280, machine number 15-6003, was used to lift various heavy materials during the construction of an offshore oil platform. The crane had the following deficiencies, which were not repaired:       1) the manual boom angle indicator was broken;      2) the hydraulics used for the right tilt back of the boom leaked;      3) the load cell did not display the correct percentange of the load; and,      4) the wind gauge did not work.
