OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling steel storage racks and/or the products stored on the racks.   (a) Location - Raw material 1 & 2 and dry goods warehouses:  On or about 6/7/13, employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by collapsing steel storage racks, including any products stored on them, while loading, unloading and working near damaged racks.  Some racks were not securely fastened to the floor.
