The employer did not ensure that the container was labeled, tagged or marked with the product they contained. On or about June 18, 2013.     b) Drexel University (Law Building): An employee (custodian) maintained an unlabeled spray bottle of Glance Glass Cleaner containing Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Ethyl Alcohol in the first floor janitorial closet. The employer did not ensure that the container was labeled, tagged or marked with the product they contained. On or about June 18, 2013.
