29 CFR 1926.106(a): Employees working over or near water, where the danger of drowning exists, were not provided with U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket or buoyant work vests:    a) construct site, Grove City Wastewater Treatment Plant, 900 Greenwood Drive in Grove City, PA.  On or about July 29, 2013, and times prior thereto, employees working on the gates of the wastewater aeration basins were not utilizing life jackets or buoyant vests while working near the water in the basins.
