29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   On or about July 24, 2013:  Employees working in the wash pit are exposed to eye burns and irritation from dispensing and spraying Big Daddy Cleanser, which is a corrosive.  There is not an eyewash station in or near the area.
