29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   Employees replacing the roof on a three story apartment building at 2909 N Oliver, Wichita, KS 67211 were exposed to fall hazards of 28' eave to ground in that; employees working from the roof did not utilize fall protection.  The roof contained sections with a 5 in 12 pitch and a 8 in 12 pitch.
