29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     a) Job site, Garage A, Seven Line:  An enployee working from an extension ladder bracing a pipe to the wall, was not protected from falling approximately 17 ft. below, on or about 8/8/2013.                                                      REPEAT STATEMENT     PRECAST SERVICES INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313984296, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 5, 2011.
