29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about August 15, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite.  a.  At the press #110 area, an employee was exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a milling machine (Jet, Model JMD-18PFN) whose guard did not cover the entire point of operation.    b.  Next to the press #330 area, an employee was exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a drill press (Wilton, Model #2550) that lacked point of operation guarding.  c.  At the plant #1 area, an employee was exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a drill press (Jet, Model JDP-17MF) that lacked point of operation guarding.  d.  At the plant #1 area, an employee was exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a drill press (Wilton, Model, Model #2550) that lacked point of operation guarding.  e.  At the plant #1 area, an employee was exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a drill press (Dayton, Model 5Z146E) that lacked point of operation guarding.  f.  At the APB Cell area, an employee was exposed to an amputation hazard while working with a drill press (Central Machinery, Item 43389) that lacked point of operation guarding.
