An employee was injured when his finger became caught while untangling the wire of drawing machine #2-14; on or about 06/19/13.  Little Falls Alloys, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.147(c)(4)(ii)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314680471, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/7/12, with respect to a workplace located at 171-191 Caldwell Avenue., Paterson NJ 07501.
