29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   a) Mixing Room: On or about 08/28/13, the employer did not provide suitable facilities capable of providing fifteen(15) minutes of continuous flow of water for the quick drenching and/or flushing of eyes and body within the work area where employees handle hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Concentrated Bleach (a corrosive) and powdered food stuffs.    b) Production Area: On or about 08/28/13, the employer did not provide suitable facilities capable of providing fifteen(15) minutes of continuous flow of water for the quick drenching and/or flushing of eyes and body within the work area where employees handle hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Concentrated Bleach (a corrosive) and powdered food stuffs.  c) Battery Charging Area: On or about 08/28/13, the employer did not provide suitable facilities capable of providing fifteen(15) minutes of continuous flow of water for the quick drenching and/or flushing of eyes and body within the work area where employees add water to the  lead acid battery of various powered industrial vehicles at the facility..
