29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI):  (a) Logan Plating Company, Inc.: On September 10, 2013 and times prior to, an employee who conducted plating operations was exposed to .34 micrograms per cubic meter of airborne Hexavalent Chromium for an 8-hour time weighted average for the 480 minute sampling period. The employer did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
