29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:      a) On or about 09/03/13 CSHO observed 5 men doing rip and tear of existing roof on a single family, 2 story home with no fall protection systems in place.
