The air powers the seal at the discharge box. b) Mixing Room 580 #2 - On or about July 26, 2013, an authorized employee did not apply locks to the compressed air shut off handle or the electrical disconnect prior to opening and reaching in the discharge box door to clear product from the seal on the blender (American Process Systems Cylindrical Plow Blender).
