Location: 745 Foxon Road, East HAven, CT 06512  The tubular welded frame scaffolding being used to install brick veneer on the front of the building was not erected, moved, dismantled or altered under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration.
