29 CFR 1926.103: NOTE: The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth at 29 cFR 1910.134 of this chapter.  29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(i): Respirators issued for the exclusive use of an employee were not cleaned and disinfected as often as necessary to be maintained in a sanitary condition:  (Construction Reference 1926.103)  a)  Holton Brothers, Inc., Grafton WI, at work site Abbott Molecular, Des Plaines, IL-The 3M half mask respirator and 3M full-face respirator, used by the job site tuckpointing foreman and his co-worker respectively, while using the grinder on the mortar were in a dusty, dirty and unsanitary condition.
