29 CFR 1910.147(d)(2): An orderly shutdown of machine or equipment was not utilized to avoid any additional or increased hazards to employees as a result of equipment stoppage:   a) On or about 10/23/13 in the North Finishing Department; during the set-up of the Lijima Die Cutter machines ( 51 A & 51 B ), metal clips were placed on the safety interlock switches on the Stripper Pin access window and the Blanking access window, bypassing these devices and allowing the machine to operate, exposing employees to caught between hazards.    No Abatement Certification Required
