29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a. On or about October 22, 2013, two employees working from a JLG aerial lift did not have on their body belts and lanyards attached to the boom, exposing themselves to a 15 feet fall hazard.    Abatement Certification and Documentation are not required    The Robert Binns Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315081737, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 206 Avenue D, NW, Winter Haven, Florida.
