Horrifying Productions, LLC dba Eeriebyss Factory of Terror, 1053 West 12th Street, Erie, PA  16501, barrel maze, on or about October 25, 2013 and times prior thereto:  Employees escort guests through area haunted house, including, but not limited to, the barrel maze.  The width clearances between the wall and the barrels were 24-inches.      E.) A door way used for emergency egress from a haunted house room was swinging into the path of the south emergency exit corridor blocking its path of egress.  Door swing reduced exit route width to less than 1-foot.
