29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by ingoing nip points and rotating parts: a. 200 Circle Ave, Clifton, NJ: An employee was exposed to an amputation hazard from the unguarded rollers of the Laminator # 12 machine. On 10/23/2013, an employee was injured by the unguarded rollers of the Laminator # 12 machine. Lamart Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 279717, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/05/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Richmond Street, Clifton, New Jersey 07015.
