Employees of Sullivan Roofing Inc. were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
