(b) Construction site: On October 25, 2013 and at time prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet 7 inches while walking and working around the floor openings next to the stairway.

THE PREMIER FRAMING LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 483019, CITATION 02, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 29, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4300 SAPPHIRE DR., BILLINGS, MONTANA 59106.
