29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosure: a) During construction of a new restaurant the main electric panel in the basement was left uncovered. Employees were exposed to electric shock hazard when walking/ working in the hallway with metal objects such as pipes and metal framing which can contact the live busbars in the panel. Location: 561 7th Ave, New York, N.Y. On or about 11/01/2013 NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
