The documentation did not specify each type of signaling (e.g. hand signals, radio signals, etc.) for which the signal person meets the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section: a. On or about November 24, 2013, at the above addressed worksite, the employer did not have documentation for an employee's qualification as a signal person.
