29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    (a)  On or about 12/06/2013 - at 38669 Highway 77, Ashland, AL,  an employee was working from a Genie aerial lift without the use of a body belt and a lanyard attached, exposing the employee to fall hazards up to 20 feet.    Hooper & Chandler Steel Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313555617, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/13/10, with respect to a workplace located at 1651 Independent Court, Birmingham, AL 35209.
