29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about December 11, 2013, on the north side of the construction site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while engaged in framing activities on a commercial construction site.

On or about December 11, 2013, on the north side of the construction site, employees utilized a folded 8 foot A-frame ladder to engage in decking activities on a commercial building exposing the employee to a fall hazard approximately 8 feet.

On or about December 11, 2013, on the north side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities utilized an extension cord with the outer sheathing split exposing internal wiring.
