29 CFR 1918.97(d)(1): For each vessel being worked, there was not at least one Stokes basket stretcher, or its equivalent, available to be permanently equipped with bridles for attachment to the hoisting gear.    a)  Dock - On or about 12/18/13, employees were exposed to hazards resulting in hypothermia and shock when a stretcher was not available to access while employees work on barge near water's edge.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
