29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about January 10, 2014 and at times prior to, a portable fire extinguisher was not mounted and identified in the chemical shed so that it was readily accessible to employees, exposing employees to possible injuries. b) On or about January 10, 2014, and at times prior to, a portable fire extinguisher was blocked with 55 gallon drums in the mechanic shed so that it was not readily accessible to employees, exposing employees to possible injuries in case of fire emergency.
