29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) In the lobby on the second floor, on January 14, 2014, the employer did not ensure an employee who was pulling electrical wire for the installation of 120 volt electrical outlets was protected from falling thirteen feet and six inches to the ground level, exposing the employee to the hazards associated with death, broken bones, sprains, lacerations, and bruises.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
