29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(ii): Lavatories were not provided with hot and cold, or tepid running water:  (a) Men's and Women's Restrooms - The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with hot and cold, or tepid, running water in the lavatories.   Chicago Taxi Medallion Management was previously cited for a violation of this OSHA Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(ii) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 900657, Citation number 1, Item number 2b. The citation was issued on May 17, 2013, to the Chicago Taxi Medallion Management facility located at 5353 W. Armstrong Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60646.
