29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):  A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  (a). At 122 W 6th Street in Chuluota where an employee was trimming tree limbs, no body belt and lanyard or full body harness and lanyard was being used while elevated in the basket of the articulating boom aerial lift.
