29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement.  a) 670 Clearwater Road, Hershey PA - Iron workers were observed working from a roof above unguarded rebar and were exposed to an impalement hazard, on or about January 29, 2014.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
