29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and/or implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: a. Aboard Marina Hornblower, Marine Railway 2 - On or about 1/30/14, and at times prior thereto, where the employer required the use of respirators, the employer failed to implement the applicable section of the respiratory protection program in that employees stored a half mask respirator in an area exposed to chemicals. b. Aboard Marina Hornblower, Marine Railway 2 - On or about 1/30/14, and at times prior thereto, where the employer required the use of respirators, the employer failed to implement the applicable section of the respiratory protection program in that medical evaluations of employees were not performed. c. Aboard Marina Hornblower, Marine Railway 2 - On or about 1/30/14, and at times prior thereto, where the employer required the use of respirators, the employer failed to implement the applicable section of the respiratory protection program in that fit testing procedures were not performed.
